^{Gustaf Edvard Klemming, born September 5, 1823 in Stockholm, died August 31, 1893 in Kesäter in Vingåker.}
^{Klemming was chief librarian at the Royal Library in Stockholm (National Library of Sweden, NLS) and publisher of, among other things, the first printed version of Erikskrönikan.}

^{Klemming's personal qualities combined were one of the kind and precise what was required to create the Swedish National Library.}
^{In addition to the manuscripts, he published bibliographies and lists of private book collections and more.}
^{But he also became known for sparing no means to appropriate works he wanted for the library.}
