Retrospective

 

What did we do well?

  • Storing multiple KBs in a single tenant looks really good

  • Quick response to Custom Fields issues 

  • Patty able to spend time testing Custom fields 

  • Huge amount of work for Single Tenant and Custom Fields at Q3 2020

  • BE team upgraded all modules to latest RMB version+

  • Mod-kb-ebsco-java is moved to liquiBase

 

What should we have done better?

  • Custom field defects. How can we minimize defects? 

  • Include accessibility testing to testing activities by FE team

  • Clarify more carefully hidden scenarios in acceptance criteria

  • Create stories more carefully to avoid situation that we missed some at the end

  • Bump up latest version of interfaces were too later
