Agenda items
- Development progress - ERM sprint 171
- In agreements app, enhance search for agreement lines for eHoldings resources (postponed from last meeting) Owen Stephens
- Options for displaying Agreement Line information in the Agreement edit pane - please give feedback to the document
- Searching for Agreements / Licenses by whether certain things are there/not there (e.g. find all agreements with no internal contacts)
Minutes
Development progress - ERM sprint 171
- Framework updates
- work related to removing AGLs from Agreement edit screen
- edit agreement pane crashes when slow (multi-line) query is cancelled → status: awaiting deployment → should be in Orchid critical service patch 5
- add amendments search in licenses app → in progress
In agreements app, enhance search for agreement lines for eHoldings resources (postponed from last meeting)
- there is an Agreement with an AGL from eHoldings → in the "AGL search" the reference number is displayed, not a title (number consists of number for: provider - package - title, e.g. 19-1054-183631)
- by searching 19-1054 user finds all titles within a package
- possible approach via look-up: similar to POL search, where the user searches via a modal in eholdings - then search by title is possible
- question: would that be a useful approach?
- Sara: that would be very useful - would be valuable to be able to stay in agreements and not needing to go to eholdings
- would be a solution that would be quite quick to do and would mean an improvement
- requirement: limit AGL search to AGLs from a specific school - in cases where users do not want to see all AGLs, e.g. at 5C (single tenant with 5 KBs)
Options for displaying Agreement Line information in the Agreement edit pane - please give feedback to the document
- 1st question: generally preference for option 4
- 2nd question: option 2
Searching for Agreements / Licenses by whether certain things are there/not there (e.g. find all agreements with no internal contacts)
- Owen presents some initial ideas that have been mocked up by Gill
- ERM SIG very much spproves
- Jessica: I see this primarily as a quick way to find licenses/agreements missing data, so has/has not would be very helpful
- Sara: Also for Related Agreements
- required options:
- has no
- has one
- has more than one
