• Development progress - ERM sprint 176

  • Thanks to all who have claimed Bug fest test cases, some tickets for Licences are not claimed, yet - please claim / please claim test tickets regarding eHoldings as well

  • Started work on features for Quesnelia – picking up what was done for Agreements in Poppy and develop it for Licenses for Quesnelia

  • Other development will start after Poppy Bug fest period

• Presentation of Poppy ERM features (Owen Stephens)

•  Release notes includes high level system admins type information about changes and notes on functionality and links to PO presentations – long page, but searching for ERM or Agreements in this page possible

  • UXPROD-3886 Support 'push' based mechanism for populating Agreements Local KB

    • Adding a new process to populate the Agreements local KB

    • For showing this we have to run the agreement module either enable this new process or use the old mechanisms  - All test installations are set to the old method right now 

    • In future the new approach will be default - with the option to use the old method instead

    • New mechanism – smaller amount like 5000 instead of the whole package

  • UXPROD-3885 Allow external data sources to be authoritative about works in the Agreements Local KB

    • Work with external data source – configuration to be set for the system - Use the old title matching process or the new one (using a work source ID)

    • Import the data from a single source – same ISSN can be assigned to different journals - then it is not a unique ID and challenging

    • Matching a source ID – GOKb UUID will be used instead – unique ID

    • Starting with a new system using the new process is straight forward, but already data included in the system - bring in new ID and not do changes not wished for

    • For Poppy and Quesnelia it will be an optional setting

  • UXPROD-4271 Support date created and updated metadata for resources in the Agreements Local KB

    • Added date created and updated metadata for resources in Agreements Local KB

    • For each resource a metadata accordion is displayed when it is created and last updated – data in FOLIO

    • Fields “Source created” and “Source last updated” – data in GOKb

    • For display at the moment – in future releases offer search functionality for recently updated resources for tracking things that changed

  • UXPROD-4413 Add filters for documents in Agreements

    • In Agreements there is pagination for result 25 at a time similar to other apps

    • All search results in agreements, local KB admin, erm comparison and log display in ingest

    • Not in licenses, but will be in Quesnelia

    • Filter for documents in Agreements – “Document filter builder” with attribute, operator, value

    • Combine multiple through AND for a single document in one filter

    • Add multiple filters with OR

    • Attributes: Name, Note, Category, Physical location, URL, content type, file name

    • Attribute Name + Operator does not contain + value a word = has a document, but does not contain the word – not finding agreements without documents

  • UXPROD-4436 Support has/has not filter for Agreements

    • Searching for agreement content using the filter “Agreement content”

    • Agreement content: has not + supplementary documents

    • Multiple options into the box --> OR

    • Add another filter and select AND or OR

    • Filters for documents and filter has/has in agreements in Poppy – for Licenses in Quesnelia

    • Licenses can have core documents and supplementary documents - slightly different

  • UXPROD-3732 Support categorising Agreements by content type

    • Content type:  adding multiple content types

    • List is configurable in Settings > Licenses > pick list values “SubscriptionAgreement.ContentType”

    • Agreements content type filter in the search & filter pane

  • UXPROD-4333 Display agreement lines on a dashboard

    • New widget definition: Widget for Agreement line

    • Now drag and drop the widgets to the size you want  

    • Rearrange the screen and arrange the widgets with drag and drop e.g. enlarge the widget

    • possible with Keyboard shortcut

  • UXPROD-3861 UX improvements for Agreements R2 2023

  • UXPROD-4504 Support License Amendment Search and Filter

    • Added an Amendments search as tab in the search & filter pane

  • worked on the Performance – previously sometimes you cannot edit the agreement if it has many agreement lines / editing an Agreement is faster now – view agreement lines in a separate view
