      1. There is already a response on implementers' page: Hey @Martina Karlsson for the Poppy release, we have implemented a Packages facet on the Title search. We still need to tweak the requirements so that when clicking the title it takes you directly to the title+package record. We can also look into adding title to the results list and a way to show package selected and not selected counts. 

   4. Adding a specific Organization contact for each Agreement / License (@Jhanani Munuswamy(EBSCO)) | https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/ERM-2944

   5. Ability to search/filter eRessources from the local KB in the Dashboard and display them in the widget (@Sabrina Bayer (TP-ERM/BVB))

WOLFcon:

• looking for volunteers to present dashboard use at WOLFcon

• Felix (chat): I would be available to demo for a few minutes how we use/envision to use Dashboard.

Development progress:

• Release date for poppy pushed back to November

• Working on upgrades of underlying software libraries

• Changes to the way we ingest data from GOKb 

• Sprint 168

  • Work on grails upgrade – regression tests will follow

  • Work on ERM-2956 Investigate issues on deploying agreements/license

• Removing Agreement lines from the Agreement edit view

  • no Agreement lines will be displayed in Agreement edit view, the accordeon is not displayed anymore

  • way to get to the agreement lines: via the agreement line search or through accordeon Agreement lines in the Agreement view > Actions > view in agreement lines search

  • can edit there and make changes to an agreement line

  • it helped to improve performance

  • We have discussed and agreed: Better to improve the performance instead of editing the AGL in one single screen

  • Felix (chat): "What it is called" -- that would be the name of the linked e-resource?

    • internal KB - search by resource

    • eHolings - search by eHoldings reference number - this number is structured (provider-package-title)

  • Sara: Truncation?

    • e.g. search for 28- or -52 (as part of the reference number

  • note for the Implementers' list to look at enhancing the agreement line search for eHoldings resources

  • Question: Would it be useful or desirable to put into the screen (agreement edit view) somewhere the option to jump to the Agreement line view in the same way as from the Actions > view in agreement lines search?

  • Sara: button - open in another tab all the agreement lines belonging to this agreement

  • Felix (chat): I'm fine with omitting the lines from the agreement edit. That's similar to PO-POL view where you don't have access to the POL's from the PO edit.

  • Jessica (chat): +1 Felix. If we could make it like the POLs on the POs, that would be great

  • Martina S.: you would not change the POL that often

  • Sara: handy to have a button opening all Agreement lines in a new tab

  • like the Actions > view in agreement lines search but in a new tab

  • Felix: go to agreement line view from the agreement edit view - optimistic locking?

  • Should not interfere with optimistic locking – would be a new tab! Then completely independent - you can edit the AG and the AGL in separate tabs

  • Sara (chat): Including removal of a AGL?

  • should work without problem / when you editing the agreement line is a separate object to the agreement.

• new dashboard widget for searching and displaying new agreement lines – in QA 

Implementers topics (ERM implementers):

• Add a new functionality like to show warning incase where you link the same agreement line twice, to the same package

  • question tba: there are multiple places to link an AGL to an agreement → where do we need this functionality - which is higher priority?

  • Comes from an eHoldings perspective

  • Question: at what point would it be useful to know or have a warning?

  • Sara: you can keep attaching it, but there is no indication that it is attached more than once. At POL there is a warning functionality.

  • Sara (chat): This has definitely been a problem for us here at MH & across 5C

  • Owen will discuss this with Khalilah

• Ability to sort AGLs by columns

  • Only sorting on name/reference right now

  • Sorting Active from and Active to would be useful

  • Would not offer sorting by note, but description and parent agreement

  • Sara (chat): Parent could be useful

  • Jessica (chat): Yes, description would be helpful

  • Felix (chat): Could you make sure to not sort separate A-Z and a-z? So please AabCd

  • There is a ticket – Quite difficult to archive – significant piece of work – medium term improvement to search

• Overview of results in the titles search in eHoldings

  • Will be discussed with Khalilah and Zorian at a future ERM meeting
