Consortia (Cross Tenant) epic is now in UXPROD

• priorities translated

Do we also need a Single-Tenant epic? Something to consider; it might be better to attach any new features to existing epics.

Future activities:

• Preparing JIRA for gap analysis - asking FOLIO community to prioritize backlog.
