• Finish up review of Coordinated Collections reporting needs
• Start looking at Buying Club reporting needs

• ILL/resource sharing usage of retained items
• publication date ranges facet (collection analysis)
  • also call number range
• floating collections - who has a particular item you own; who owns an item you have
  • help determine what items might be able to be sent back to owning items if physical space needed
  • snapshot of data? yes, ideally
• what about eresources?
  • useful for making weeding decisions based on duplication across formats
  • analysis of overlap between existing collections and potential licensed collections (gets into Buying Club)
    • details of licensing

Buying Club

• overlap analysis to identify last remaining copies for e-journals (similar to what we've looked at with coordinated collections)
• analysis of license terms (counts of how many licenses with a particular term)
  • package name, title-level granularity
• home library patron usage of consortially-licensed packages
  • percentage of use within the consortial context
• aggregated consortial view of usage data
