  • Critical and High priorities need to have stories so they get in the development queue; critical is needed day 1

  • Medium are things that libraries are doing, but that there isn't a great ILS solution for (e.g. adding retention agreement info in MARC data)

  • Low are things that libraries are discussing as hypotheticals but not doing in practice
