Data Dictionary and Glossary | Vandana and the group will discuss building a data dictionary and glossary for reporting. Notes: There is a need to clarify in the case of some terminology (e.g., "effective location") Factual vs. conceptional descriptions Vandana shares some preliminary documentation: Library Data Documentation Element pathways will be included in the LDP schema, so it may not be necessary to include it in the Data Dictionary It's important to be mindful of the role of developers in creating documentation like this. Kevin: Should this idea be taken to someone who is helping to organize the overall FOLIO development workflows (e.g., Mark Veksler)? Kevin: Could element names be improved in some cases (e.g., "userGroup" instead of "group" in the User Groups API pathway of the Users module

Circ Item Detail Report Prototype | -Nassib and Roman implementing this data model in the shared LDP data warehouse -Latest update on progress from Nassib Notes: Generated test data for the current report. Probably have to scale back our approach to generating test data (dynamically) because it takes too long. Instead might create a static test data set. Working on factoring the ETL process to make it easier to have developers contribute code Doing some prototyping on eUsage use case Prototyping a FOLIO server-side module to provide LDP data to FOLIO apps

Naming Conventions for Reports and Queries | -Angela shares notes from F2F meeting in DC: FOLIO Face-to-Face DC Conference Reporting Session Notes Notes: Differentiation between "report" and "query" Names for reports focus on how the resulting data will be used Names for queries focus on how the data is retrieved from the LDP Umbrella categories for reports will map to the FOLIO modules and API pathways (e.g., users, circulation, inventory, finance and orders, and resource management) Sharon: We should push F2F meeting notes out as documentation
