Administrative bibliographic metadata	Christie	In addition to the machine generated data (folio id, metadata source id, bib id – 001), I would like to propose that this is the place for a certain type of administrative bibliographic metadata that is used to manage the records and collections and that does not belong in the metadata source record.	We use a field called Bib Status to manage our bibliographic records. The bib status is used to determine if the metadata is shareable, if it is in process, if it is not MARC, etc. The values should be locally defined, but we would need to the ability to set the bib status and the bib record in the instances app
The Notes app - would allow us to add notes to any record.	Christie	Add notes and labels fields that are editable in the instances app as part of the administrative metadata for the bibliographic record.	We currently store Fixed codes (e.g., GIFT, ISER, etc.) as a way of counting or filtering our bibliographic records. This is currently done in the 901 or 903 locally, but I would like to see this type of metadata moved out of the MARC so that it can used across bibliographic data regardless of the source. I think a LABEL field would work well for this.
