Bulk Edit: Users and Lists: Not started yet but will be within the next week. (Christine)

Metadata; Import/Export & Inventory advanced search: starting to update using Github method this week, will check against Poppy next week (Kathy)

Question: is everyone ok if Kathy starts using the phrase noted in Slack to point readers to the Wiki for more information? - keep it out for now, next meeting discuss

Discussion: use "trash can icon" rather than "delete icon" when referring to icons (consistently describe the image); TBD re. using images in documentation, to be discussed later

Ian (chat): If the icon is a standard character (emoji), we don't need to embed an image / Ok, looks like the actual icons are SVG... We'd need to make a custom font, but that's still doable

new Reporting section in Settings documentation is needed. new page in Google drive

Ian (chat):Creating new pages from Google Drive is ok .. I can get the content into Markdown with the structure. managing updates to existing pages through Google is harder

Consortia functionality changes other areas like inventory - If you have the consortia functionality enabled for your institution, then it does change inventory. Maybe include it or maybe keep it separate especially for those not using it? Needs to be discussed in a future meeting 

Lucy and Christine will meet for consortia documentation.

Molly: unable to attend, but creating Jiras for all required updates for acquisitions and export manager. Planning to use Github PRs rather than Google Drive. Aiming to have changes submitted for 11/10 in case PR does not go according to plan. Have removed Julie Brannon as co-editor for acquisitions apps since she has officially stepped back.
