Zoom practice	Michael Winkler	We walked through a practice session for a public forum on the Zoom platform. Michael created a template for us to use in future fora. We will practice again next week 6/21.

July 26th: FORUM: FOLIO App Development	Host: Peter Murray Support: ? Presenter(s): @Filip Jakobsen	Peter reports Filip has agreed to present on building apps in the FOLIO environment. Peter agreed to host. We need a volunteer for support role.
Schedule for August and beyond: Need more ideas (Check Idea Bank for more topics)		Other ideas: A case study in how an institution is engaged in FOLIO - e.g. panel from Cornell FOLIO beyond an ILS - other systems that institutions used (storage facility, repository, etc.) - informing the bigger picture. Panel with a moderator doing Q&A?
FOLIO Day forum at Simmons May 24th.		Around 50 attendees. Fenway Libraries Online are interested in participating in FOLIO. Will be trying to get them involved in SIGs. Breakouts went well and survey were sent out (surveys are now being sent out for all events). 6 responses have been received so far.
Zoom	We need to test Zoom to see if we can include video of the presenters and if we can allow attendees to ask their questions rather than type them. Also, it would be nice to see a video of the presenter while they are speaking.	All are possible. If attendees can ask questions - good idea but could be technical issues. @Sharon Wiles-Young will remind Mike to set up zoom invite to all of us Check with Mike about registration under zoom and how to cut over in time for the FORUM @Michael Winkler will set up a practice. WebEx subscription ends June 14th. NEED TO TEST
Listserv questions: email lists	Mark asked Anne about the listserv to make sure everyone is getting messages for forum facilitators. Check the addresses and email addresses?	NEED clarification on listserv and who is receiving what why Forum facilitator and facilitator listser two lists?
Upcoming Conferences	Check the Trello board for update on FOLIO meetings	ALA FOLIO reception/ALA FOLIO 101 session EBSCO User Group Meeting Oct 25-26 at Salt Lake City. Looking for presenters/topics. Proposal for ACCESS not accepted. Proposal for VALA 18 accepted (Australia).
