- Kristin and Doreen will be cycling off and Mark and Eric will take their place
Idea: think about active program planners at our institutions, EBSCO, Index Data, Tamir and Rachel are willing to host Forums

Kristin did go over the FORUM documentation for hosting, Kristin put in comments and questions; instructions for starting the FORUM, chat and Q&A, facilitators set up back channel on skype;
