Minutes
Development progress
sprint goes until the end of the week
- some bugfixes, but not many from bugfest
- thanks to all who helped with bugfest testing
- it has been announced that Poppy release will be delayed until Nov 18th
- to account for some ECS testing and Refresh token rotation work
- filters in agreements based on documents and based on fields missing
- those filters will be brought into Licenses as well - will be part of Quesnelia release
- work on more pagination control going on - will be implemented across all ERM apps
- MCLs will have previous and next pagination added
- not implemented for embedded lists yet
- available in Local KB log already
- Jessica: ability to select all licenses in results lists - will that be in Poppy > no, this will not be in Poppy
Adding column customisation options to multi-column lists in Agreements
- ERM SIG participants get some more minutes to fill out the poll during the meeting
- proposed as degault columns: Primary organization, related agreements (has = yes/no), tags, content of description
- there is agreement on primary organization
- proposed as additional columns: renewal priority, # of AGLs, alternative name, # of e-resources covered (but not very strong wish)
- a lot of agreement for # of AGLs
- alternative: there can be multiple, so that could be tricky; it is a list, there is no primary one; a ranking could be introduced or display all or display first one (they sort alphabetical)
- Sara votes against displaying all, because they have many, sometimes 80
- Felix agrees to Sara to not display all; suggestion: Could you display the first and then "... and others"?
- Sara would use alternative name e.g. for platform name
- Felix in chat: search terms and an internal ID for a product
- question: is alternative name intended to be used for this kind of information
- number of e-resources covered might not be easy - needs to be checked
- notes: will have the same issue as alternative names - could be a never ending list
- Becca: notes should be made more visible, especially when something important is in there
- Owen: would an indicator (there are notes) work
- Becca: yes, would be really helpful
- Clara: suggests # of notes
- Owen will investigate with developers
- Becca on tags: filtering might work better
- Sara in chat: May I make a pitch for Tags for the AG and AGL browse views ….
- Becca in chat: I was mainly considering it from a search/targeting perspective, but that’s a great point!
- Agreement line search results
- proposed: tags, linked POLs, organization
- POLs could be multiple - and multiple might be difficult to display
- will be possible: indicator that there are POLs linked and ä of POLs linked - Owen will check
- orgnaization is not linked directly to AGL - Owen asks: what is expected here?
- no response
- Clara in chat: Not the person in question, but maybe they meant the parent agreement's primary organization?
- Owen: either that or could be the provider of the e-resource as well (for users of the internal KB)
- for eholdings users and AGLs linked from eholdings: eholdings name of title/package
Discussion will be continued in next meeting
Please feel free to add more responses - survey will be kept open!

I submitted mine
14:32:05 From Jessica Harris To Everyone:
I think primary org could be useful
14:36:14 From Felix Hemme To Everyone:
Could you display the first and then "... and others"?
14:37:50 From Felix Hemme To Everyone:
Yes, search terms and an internal ID for a product
14:46:52 From Jessica Harris To Everyone:
What app is Notes stored in?
14:47:08 From scolglaz To Everyone:
Notes Helper App ...
14:47:31 From scolglaz To Everyone:
accessed like Interfaces etc
14:48:26 From Clara Marino To Everyone:
# of notes?
14:51:31 From Jessica Harris To Everyone:
Thanks, Sarah. I'm not aware of any area (other than the Org app) where we can access interfaces. I'll check around here though :-)
14:51:53 From scolglaz To Everyone:
So not via it, just in the sort of same manner …. via a modal etc only
14:52:17 From scolglaz To Everyone:
I find it really hard to use ;-)
14:52:43 From Jessica Harris To Everyone:
Ah, ok - that makes sense! Me too. I was thinking that there must be a central space to see all notes.
14:53:07 From scolglaz To Everyone:
May I make a pitch for Tags for the AG and AGL browse views ….
14:53:22 From Clara Marino To Everyone:
Not the person in question, but maybe they meant the parent agreement's primary organization?
14:56:34 From Becca Banach To Everyone:
I was mainly considering it from a search/targeting perspective, but that’s a great point!
14:57:06 From scolglaz To Everyone:
Organisation is spelled with an s … so someone who used BE spelling must have added it ;-)
