Kristin Martin – Follow-up from last week’s meeting Cate still working on wireframes for next weeks meeting

                                Intro of Stack developers: Kevin Horak, Kevin Hart and Leah

Kevin Horek from Stacks - Chief Designer – gave a brief intro about Stacks  - Stacks is very interested in looking at current reports being used to understand the data element wants and needs in order to help in the development of the mobile apps in acquisitions to use with FOLIO.

KH – requested that the group submits copies of reports to help them understand the data that is used on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis. 

KM – will add link to wiki for google folder for RM to submit reports – also when submitting reports give a brief description.

HK – pointed out acquisitions has generally been a side application and we need to make sure that in FOLIO it is fully integrated.  Also, by looking at reports is Stacks going to be able to understand the data needs to be captured and tracked?

KH – The more info Stacks has the better it is for them.  Stacks feels that there is never too much data. 

HK – How do we move forward with SIG/Stacks with Filip design work to date?

KH – After Stacks starts reviewing reports there will be follow-up questions to get more information.

HK – In the future, could Stacks provide agenda to SIG members ahead of time to make the meeting time for useful?

KM- Our work with Filip to date – are you planning to use as much as he has already done?

KH – We are working on understanding the prototype, so we understand the detail that is needed.  We will send out a User experience questionnaire, which will address rolls in acquisitions needs/use.

HK – Do you see this a priority?

KH – We will work on analyze report to what is done and to what is needed.  Stacks is still working on piecing everything together.

KM – Pointed out this is a different approach to how we have been working and seems a bit confusing.

KH – Stacks is hoping that looking at reports, they will understand the data needs/wants and also hoping to fill in gaps.

TO DO – Provide copies of reports with brief description. UPDATE: Trying to explain existing documentation better to get more precise understanding of gaps in documentation or information before we supply reports.
