Regroup on remaining action items and what to take back to PCAll

Finalize changes in Special Interest Groups - Kristin Martin

  • Get rid of Discuss references
  • Alter the "membership" description
  • Combined Topical and Working Group to a single "Working Group"
  • Add UAT as a responsibility

Better understanding of how we can tie in with the roadmap - Kristin Martin

  • Follow up with Roadmap group

Set up a new template for November and moving forward - Martina Tumulla  and Jennifer Eustis

  • Change template to remove Jira issues column - reporters prefer to integrate Jira issues in the main body of the report.

Follow up on SIGs not responding

  • Kristin will follow up with Spokane Public Library members to see if Public Library SIG should be moved to "inactive." Adam Murray has not responded.
  • Jennifer will follow up with Workflows to get them in sync with SIG reporting and wiki practices

What working groups should be SIGs? This is a broader conversation for PC

  • Current working groups under consideration: Bulk Edit, Data Import, and Entity Management.
  • What do we need to make these be ongoing SIGs?
  • Convener (probably a subject matter expert) who can organize the meetings and topics for discussion, and liaise with PC
  • PO in that area who is able to work with SIG

Next steps: complete action items as feasible by PC Planning meeting on Tuesday, November 7
