FOLIO Product Council Sub Group Meeting Hygiene and Efficiency

Description

This PC sub group is looking at the overall PC meeting hygiene and efficiency. Some of the questions being asked are: can/should we adjust how we plan and run PC meetings to be more efficient and accomplish more? How can we accommodate more time zones to allow broader participation such as rotating meetings?
