| Time zone inclusiveness follow up | all | Knowing the conveners for meetings change, this time will change depending on who the PC chairs are. This might be a good model for SIGs and other groups. The US or European folks can either attend at the inconvenient time or watch the recording/read the meeting notes. The convener should also follow up with anyone who could not attend if there are specific items that need their attention. | Quarterly Asia Pacific friendly meeting will be at the time more convenient to the meeting conveners, @Paul Moeller will compile a list of A/P community members and contact them to solicit topics for quarterly meeting(s) and meeting dates. |
