Questions

• if there is a SIG without a PO, can a SIG convener take over the PO rank? 

  • double SIG rank

  • if there is PO, there is no one to define the dev work

  • but the rank can stress the importance

• for the voting within a SIG: do we need a weighting for small vs. larger institutions?

  • address voting issue in SIG member charge

  • in SIG voting people should vote as SIG members, in institutional voting as institutional members

  • each SIG should come up with its own method to organise their voting

  • if this does not work, we can help

• what if 2 inst. need a feature urgently, but no one else?
