• Thanks to everyone for your contribution over the last year!!! Great success !!!!!!!!

• Thanks to Martin and Peter S. for German translation (over 450 words and phrases!!!) - German language will be available in first release

• App will be released this week or first days of new year

• Active development phase ends with version 1

• Now focus on bug fixing; deeper tests in Leipzig and Dresden; everyone: feel free to test on snapshot or own installation

• If there are questions how to deploy the app outside the Flower release, please feel free to contact Björn; a colleague from Leipzig will help

• Already mentioned future functionalities (e.g. Folio Forum) will be noted

• Tips for initial setup of the app can be found here (thanks Owen!): Open Access Requests

• Demo of latest developments

  • for reminder as a workaround correspondence to one self can created and filtered

  • added reason for clusure; with customizable values in settings

  • report for APC transformative agreement; with filter on agreement, publication status and period

  • refresh filter on checklist items to get a actual result list

• Things that might be added with later developments:

  • marking things for follow up (reminder date)

  • filter on closure reason

• New SIG meeting series monthly every second Thursday; invite will be sent soon
