• Question re: release date

  • The app will be released and usable this year but there are some hurdles regarding a new Folio evaluation process to integrate apps into the Folio Flower release. There are many modules in the current Flower release that would also fail the technical criteria if they were to be put through the process today! They are only included because they were already in the “flower release" bundle before the new criteria were introduced. Effectively the barrier for new modules is much higher than existing modules.

  • This won't prevent you from using the app productively, but it also depends on the hosting partner.

• Question on whether this has any effect how OA works with other apps

• Demo from Jack of in-app reporting functionality, i.e. for the moment "OpenAPC" report

• OS: What should the filename look like? At the moment it consists of institution_period_reportformat

  • including the date of reporting would be great

• Questions re: enhancement of this report or further reports

  • at the moment this in-app functionality is limited to OpenAPC report

  • it is technically possible to report on the database itself, but the vision is to create reports via LDP/metaDB

  • possibility for reports on database depends on hosting partner

  • Leipzig is able to create necessary OA reports on database and share them with the community

  • @Björn Muschall and @Stefan Dombek will initiate OA report topic in Reporting SIG

• OS: Report on Transformative agreements data set is worked on an needs some more discussion
