• OS: how can deletions or changes on data which lead to a non-inclusion in the report be updated to openAPC once they have been sent?

  • no answer yet but maybe not a big problem at all due to small number of cases

  • not sure how OAI/PMH procedure tackles this

• most institutions which report per CSV report once a year

• All: looking at the "DFG" table provided by Astrid, including agreement names and types

• OS: there is no specified way a the moment to record the type of agreement in agreements app, like Transformative, Gold, Subscription

  • but possible with agreement descriptions, tags, or OA properties, last is recommended

• OS: explains OA properties in Agreements app

• Discussion on other needed in-App reports, see document above

• Discussion on reports based on OA charges; these does not necessarily reflect the actual invoice amount but this would be neccessary

  • at the moment we have to change the expected amount on the record itself before proceeding with invoice linking/creation

  • decided to want a capability to enter the invoice/line amount in the process of linking/creating an invoice/line
