• Outcome and discussion on survey on standard OA agreement properties

• Properties discussed

  • Transformation mechanism → discussion on specific DEAL concept where one part of the agreement belongs to fully OA journals and another part to hybrid journals; some argue for recording two agreements in this case since different properties; still not complete sure about the properties 

  • Publication quota → some argue for a description (text) field instead of number field since there are additional information by whom or in which time the quota must be used

  • Standard APC/BPC fee → source of information is DEAL agreements or appendix of contracts; sometimes website or dashboard; Martin argues for not pre-filling a Standard APC charge; a description and displaying it in Request would be the best thing to do first

  • Discount → Percentage and direct amount

  • Max. APC charge → no major contracts at the moment, but maybe still existing

  • Max. total charge → according to the group only applies in pre-payment situations

  • Eligible publication type → question if "publication" is the right term; most would copy/paste from the contract

  • Publication licenses → CC for journals but for books there are different licenses
