Agenda items
Discussion whether we can agree on a standard set of properties that OA Agreements/Contracts will have

Minutes
The purpose of the call was to identify some possible core fields for Open Access Supplementary Properties in the Agreements app, which could be made available by default for use by all tenants.
Owen began with a demonstration of how OA supplementary properties are added manually by Administrators (in Settings app) and showed an example of how two properties could be added which serve the same purpose but are set up differently. He outlined how this could cause problems in the future should institutions ever need to consolidate data or use standard formats to report on data, because the data would then need to be manipulated into a common format. If standard fields could be agreed and used from the get-go then such issues could be avoided in the future.
The document "Standard Open Access agreement properties" was discussed. In the document fields from LAS:eR are listed as a starting point. Owen selected some fields for discussion by the group and detailed feedback for each field was captured in comments in the document.
The exercise was not completed and will be continued at the next SIG call. In the meantime Owen will get some further details about the LAS:eR fields in German to provide better descriptions and to help clarify the purpose of fields, and will add these to the document. Once completed SIG members will be invited to add their contributions. In particular to consider whether or not fields are needed and which field are missing.
Missing field should be added to the table at the end of the document.
Owen will email once the document has been updated and will email to invite contributions in the coming week

If I understood it right, ther ist something like a standard APC, e. g. for ACM at LMU Munich: https://www.en.ub.uni-muenchen.de/writing/open-access-publishing/funding/index.html#acm
I have also access to LAS:er if that helps.
