Development update: 

• Remaining Kiwi work
• Juniper Hotfix 4
• Lotus Folijet planning: dashboard where you can see the current scope and status of Data Import work for Lotus
• Current Data Import feature development dashboard and bugfix support
• Import/Export/quickMARC sandbox environment
  • First draft created, but not yet ready for use; temporarily sidelined in favor of Bugfest; POs will get back to testing it ASAP after Kiwi BF releases

• Lotus Feature Prep: Update Inventory records based on POL/VRN matches
  
  • Created UI stories and logic
  • Devs analyzing and creating backend stories
• Having two 856 fields in 1 MARC Bib that can create or update a holdings
  • 2 scenarios
    • Multiple 856s all importing to the same holdings record (e.g. 3 volumes on the same platform)
    • Used to be able to change an 856 to another field (e.g. 857), and then import both to the same holdings, so that you can assign different relationship values
  • If you want to update multiple holdings from 1 MARC  Bib, have to repeat that MARC bib as many times as there are holdings to update
  • Follow-up steps
    • A-M: Check to see if there is a TestRail
    • Jennifer will send a couple records to A-M
    • Add an Inventory or DI wiki page for electronic access in holdings and items
  • Can you update a holdings based on a URI match? Yes

    • A-M to make sure that all of them are in the current sprint, and that links to the documentation are in place
  • Other high priorities
    • More complete logs and more performance logs are a priority for Jenn, Christie, Lloyd, Nick
    • Closing the loop on Inventory Single Record Import problems (is it Inventory, Data Import, or both?); big issue for the Cornell catalogers
  • Per Christie, will probably only use FOLIO data import for imports of 1000 or fewer, and then building their own loaders for larger, more complex imports, because of the fact that the logs are not detailed enough. Need to understand what did or did not happen for each record. Jenn, Christie - the Lehigh app is working well enough so that they don't see a high priority need for Order/Invoice creation from MARC data
