ERM and related apps in FOLIO are:

differences in connected KBs means that different users get different data and functionality
lacking so far in some areas: search
some types of resource are not handled by current data model
- streaming videos
- large set of ebooks
- seat licensing for ebooks

when we look at the ERM functionality in 5 years, it should still meet libraries needs
what would the next area of development be if you could choose
- in the next year and
- in the next 5-10 years
data management: being able to reuse data from GOKb transparently, solve existing challenges
- data management in both ERM and GOKb → revisit decision
data matching issues between eusage and internal KB
more ERM dashboards
revisit integration with acquisitions
notifications → not ERM specific
update ERM lifecycle document
OA: open and hybrid access - be able to have a good overview
mailing directly from the system
