Below is the sequence that Folijet uses to organize its backlog of Jira issues

General guidelines

  • Hotfixes above Bugfixes above Current release above Future releases above Not scheduled
    • MOD above UI above FAT
      • FAT E2E above FAT Karate
        • Open above Blocked above In refinement above Draft
          • P1 above P2 above P3 above P4
  • Aim to keep the Hotfixes, Bugfixes, and Current release in as exact order as possible
  • Future releases and Not scheduled can be less exact order until they begin to rise up the backlog
