• Hearing from Christie that there is a problem with the version on YouTube – the front is missing...too much trimmed from the front? Eric Hartnett to follow-up with Michael Winkler.
• Too much talking? Good balance between talking and showing? Hearing some of each. Good comments from people that haven't been involved in metadata management. Good comments about clean interface.
• Add to registration email: Registration doesn't guarantee a seat in the webinar, and that the recording will be put up on YouTube. Suggestion from Kathleen McEvoy (Deactivated) during the Outreach SIG meeting: “We do have a 100-seat limit for webinars.  If you register but are unable to get in, the recording will be available on YouTube after the event.”
• Add to announcement: Encourage people to watch in groups.
• Also: people were not aware that the webinar was happening. Post webinar announcements to the all-SIG list.

• How FOLIO is impacting libraries now: view from Cornell – wait to reach out until we have better sense of implementation timelines; How are they viewing FOLIO from a strategic perspective
• What is the international perspective on FOLIO? Can we get a panel of international sites (Australia, GVB) to give their perspectives? Plus, international update
• Host a Forum in the Spanish language with roadmap discussion and demo, could be hosted by Lydia @ EBSCO, include UNAM development team. Rachel Fadlon to investigate.
• Podcasting as a possibility to get developers to answer questions about the process, EBSCO has people who be able to edit
• Panel of PO/SIG facilitator/developer together to discuss the full life cycle, moderated by product owner
