Review and update the Impacts of New Fields and Features on Reporting grid FOLIO Analytics Update Poppy and FOLIO Analytics 1.7 were both released in December. PC Updates	Jennifer Eustis (Scott)	2024-02-08 Product Council Agenda and Meeting Notes. We discussed the evaluation process for new functionality and the role of the PC in relation to the Community Council and Technical Council. 2024-02-22 Product Council Agenda and Meeting Notes. Owen introduced the new Serials app. This doesn't change current functionality. It will add new fields such as display label for serials. The Roadmap & Prioritization working group presented on its progress. There is a new page for the Roadmap. To follow development, this group is looking into having SIG's manage an implementers' page like the one for Acquisitions. WOLFCon Call for Proposals: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdwNClXIoe9YQGhQKYDvU0msyj8lkyruHSsssR4lQp_vCYdgA/viewform. The deadline is March 31st. There is a possibility that there will be a day for workshops; this is currently being discussed.
Lehigh's Use of the Reporting App	Lisa	Lisa McColl will demonstrate how Lehigh University is using the Reporting app with their LDP.
Benefits of Metadb	Sharon	The D-Reporting Group has requested a description of the benefits of Metadb. We will review a working version of this write-up.
Workshopping Queries	Stefan	Bring your questions on queries written for the LDP or Metadb so we can "workshop" them! This week we will focus on some new updates for derived tables related to finance from Stefan. (Stefan) Need updates for derived tables with transactions (LDP and Metadb): finance_invoice_transactions https://github.com/folio-org/folio-analytics/issues/825 finance_transaction_invoices https://github.com/folio-org/folio-analytics/issues/830 We need an additional column to create correct calculations of the transaction amounts. This particularly applies to the “Credit” transaction types. Reporting development is using small subgroups to address priorities and complete work on report queries. Each week, these groups will share reports/queries with the Reporting SIG. Reporting development team leads are encouraged to enter a summary of their work group activities below.
