App Interaction SIG

Based on the ticket https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/MODINVSTOR-1220 the App Interaction SIG discussed the current behaviour of 'last updated' information across apps.

Requirements were outlined:

  • In some cases, changes to related records should not modify the last updated date.

  • In other cases, it makes sense for the related record's updated date to change, but the user should be reflected as "system" rather than an individual.

  • A change tracker could solve many of the concerns

Documentation Working Group

The Documentation Working group welcomed new writers for eUsage (Stefan), Serials (Franziska) and Consortium Manager (Wilhelmina).



Discussion items this month were onboarding especially a flow chart of the workflow in github and tests of Docsy upgrade (Theme of https://docs.folio.org/docs/) as well as preparation for this year’s Documentation WOLFcon slot.

 

ERM SIG

The ERM SIG continued to define requirements related to the implementer's topic: 'When duplicating an agreement/ or a license, additional fields should be duplicated'.

In another meeting ERM workflow examples were collected as preparation for 2 related WolfCon 2024 sessions that are planned as joint Workflow and ERM sessions.

The eHoldings subgroup was updated on 

UIEH-1419: eHoldings package-title (resource) view: display Proxied URLClosed which is complete and on track for Ramsons.

Additionally, the subgroup reviewed an implementer's topic on searching in eHoldings as well as related issues and possible improvements.

There was no Agreements Local KB subgroup meeting in August.
