User roles for FOLIO (only Spitfire's features)

Purpose:

To not describe required permissions for a user in each User story, we need the description of each User role and specification of permissions combination for that role. So, in new stories, we will be able to understand which permissions are required for a user who will use the developed feature.
Notes:

• If new UI permission is added, the list below should be revised by PO.
• See the list of all permissions in the attached file. The list could be filtered by "visible" column, if true - then it visible from UI. permissions_on_18_october_2023.xlsx
