ECS Data export permissions
A member tenant permissions adhere to behavior described in the section above and in https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UIDEXP-387
The Central tenant permission for exporting instances and MARC authority records with the default profiles are handled as described in the section above and in https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UIDEXP-387
The Central tenant permission for exporting holdings with the default mapping profile are handled as described in https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/MDEXP-774:
User needs to be affiliated with a member tenant
User needs to have Inventory permissions to access holdings records on this member. At least one of the following permissions need to associated with the user:
Inventory: View instances, holdings and items
Inventory: View, create holdings
Inventory: View, create, edit holdings
Inventory: View, create, edit, delete holdings
The Central tenant permission for exporting instances, holdings and items with a custom mapping profile are handled as described in https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/MDEXP-786
User needs to be affiliated with a member tenant
User needs to have Inventory permissions to access holdings and items records on this member. At least one of the following permissions need to associated with the user:
For holdings records:
Inventory: View instances, holdings and items
Inventory: View, create holdings
Inventory: View, create, edit holdings
Inventory: View, create, edit, delete holdings
For item records:
Inventory: View instances, holdings, and items
Inventory: View, create items
Inventory: View, create, edit items
Inventory: View, create, edit, delete items
Consortium manager at the Central tenant is available for users with following permissions:
Data export: Can view only
Data export: Can upload files, export, download files and view logs
In Consortium manager a user can see only export jobs for members that the user is affiliated with.
