Bulk edit app permissions behavior
Bulk edit permissions allow user to access Bulk edit app and combined with functional areas permissions (editing inventory records, viewing patron profiles, etc) grant access to the specific areas of Bulk edit app. To see all tabs in Bulk edit app users will need to have:
At least one of the Bulk Edit: In app permissions or at least one of the Bulk Edit: Local permissions (Identifier tab)
Bulk edit: Query (Query tab)
Bulk edit: Can view logs (Lob tab)
