  1. Documentation.
    We add a link to Confluence page to a Jira ticket. 
    And we add a link to Jira ticket to a Confluence page.

  2. Closed tickets estimation.
    If by the end of a sprint ticket is resolved but not estimated - a person who worked on a ticket should estimate it by himself.

  3. Long discussions should be moderated.
    If the discussion continues for more than 5 minutes we should stop. And check should we continue, postpone, or have a discussion in a limited group.

  4. React to decision in conversations.
    Everyone should react via chat message or voice. Don't be silent.
