Maccabee Levine clarified that TC discussed this last monday and a picking this up today - feedback expected.
Kristin Martin process would be to roll it into the general FOLIO docs. PC has no concerns with this - did a slack vote, and the decision will go into the PC decision log. If TC has significant changes it may need to go back the PC. Waiting on "Revise and Resubmit" vs "Conditional acceptance" from TC Maccabee Levine says initial reaction was positive overall.

Commitments/MOUs from organizations contributing modules
Proposed Evaluation Process for FOLIO Modules has questions about whether there should be MOUs from organizations contributing modules. Comments from CC members.
Noted that Texas A&M had an administrated issue with MOU and contributing code - this could trigger additional rounds of bureaucracy with some organizations.
Ian Ibbotson (Use this one) commented that some dev organizations would prefer a "Patreon-like" option for users to contribute directly to maintenance
Tom Cramer commented that a marketplace for soliciting services would be helpful
Comment/question - are we talking about "Code" or "Modules"?
Paula Sullenger suggests that she stands down from CC post June '23 and the post is re-elected this year, and that a replacement has been found.Paula Sullenger is able to continue as treasurer.
Marko Knepper suggests that the elections group met once, and wants to start the nomination process in April (1 week, with scope for finding more candidates if responses are not sufficient), ready for elections May 1. Process will be largely as before. Pages are prepared (https://folio-org.atlassian.net/wiki/display/CC/FOLIO+Council+Elections). Group will now reach out to the councils to verify that page.
