Gap Analysis / Prioritization should be complete and documented in the spreadsheet by Tuesday, 4/30.

Meeting Planning for the FOLIO meeting in Chicago:

• Current Spreadsheet
• Submission form for meeting descriptions
• Registration link
• Spreadsheet of suggested RM ideas

• See table below for tentative meeting schedule.
• Don't forget to register (see link to the left) and book your hotel room by May 17 through the registration page to get the FOLIO meeting block discount.
• Conference planning group will try to set up a final scheduled based off of the possible topics spreadsheet which is currently being added to.
• Kristin Martin is not attending the meeting, but others from Chicago should be present. We'll need to identify moderators for our meetings since Kristin will be absent.
• Feel free to jot your name down on meetings in spreadsheet that you think you should attend; as of right now there are not any exclusive or closed meetings. There may opportunities to bring in remote SMEs who were not able to attend the meetings in person.
