Consortia SIG recommendations

After reviewing their doc this past week, we recommend:

1. Create visioning documents as suggested. Once these are created further discussion with Tech Council may be warranted.

2. Seek out other consortia that may be able to supply a Product Owner - this is the key blocker (lack of a PO)

Short of having resources that are assigned, there's not much else to do.

Decided to approach Nassib to better understand the steps/work required to achieve the goal of developing all those reports and establish the infrastructure needed for a site to host/run an LDP. Mike Gorrell will do this.
