Report from the small group, and more discussion on the Vendor data model and the gap analysis spreadsheet, which is here.

Summary from small group: Questions from TAMU, have two questions about conversion. FOLIO has only one slot for EDI connections for vendor, but TAMU has multiple for some. Also the vendor contact info is structured differently, both because of Voyager and how TAMU has entered info for multiple contact. Maybe good for long-term operations, but not certain how this will work for migration. Dennis will go back to Stacks designer about how to present the EDI information better. Possible that TAMU has only a small number of vendors with two EDI connections, if so manual correction would be okay. Anne will look in their data to see.

Question about whether can add a FAX number. Ann-Marie: that's just an oversight, expect handle this by having categories for phone numbers. Anne: would like clarification on whether phone number types will be locally configurable.

Proposal from Ann-Marie Breaux (Deactivated): Keep subject categories that we have currently, make them locally definable and multi-select; for phone categories, add a phone type category of fixed types: Office, Mobile, FAX, Other, and only pick one. General agreement.

Discussion about whether to remove fields that won't be migrated from Gap tab, decision to leave in as a record that those have been considered.

Perhaps we should target custom fields for development? There is currently no PO for custom fields.

Suggested next targets for gap analysis in Acquisitions, look at the finance app: ledgers funds, budgets, fiscal years. These are fairly well developed, user acceptance testing is scheduled for next week.

Next week: Requests, see composite_to_folio_requests spreadsheet. Gap tab is nearly empty, need to fill this in.

After Requests, plan to look at Finance app in the following weeks.
