Update on creating a product owner

Update from Patty on discussions to become the product owner for the data import tool.

• Patty describe status of existing JIRA tickets related to Data Migration. A suggestion that these features should be tagged with Data Migration tag.

• There are some different priorities between data migration and modules based loading tasks

• Data Migration has an EPIC UXPROD-85

• There needs to be a technical review of loaders. Example: user loading works but has performance issues. MODUUIMP-4

• Data model for holdings and items still in flux

• Log of test loads performed: Import Log

• Epics and features are in the domain of product owners. The POs then create UI stories based on these features which are used by developers to create MOD stories.

• We should notify the Product Council that we have identified development needs for data loading in support of migration. We will send more details to PC in January
