Data Privacy Working Group Meetings

A small, short-term subgroup of the Reporting SIG was formed to research and make recommendations on data privacy for FOLIO reporting. The group consists of Joyce Chapman, Ingolf Kuss and Vandana Shah.

Tasks:

  • capture "Reporting Data Privacy" requirements and issues in the Reporting SIG wiki

  • build a survey about current practices

  • work out recommendations on anonymizing FOLIO data

  • European standard for GDPR?

Interaction is needed with User Management SIG, SysOps SIG (Ingolf) and maybe Privacy SIG (currently not active). Results may need to be brought to the Product Council.
