mod-inventory-storage

• POST /holdings-storage/holdings/retrieve

"inventory-storage.holdings.collection.get" → "inventory-storage.holdings.retrieve.collection.post"

mod-gobi

• GET /gobi/validate “gobi.item.post" → “gobi.validate.item.get“

• POST /gobi/validate “gobi.item.post“ → “gobi.validate.item.post“

• POST /gobi/orders “gobi.item.post“ → “gobi.orders.item.post“

These permissions are assigned to edge user, that invokes acquisition ordering functionality(mod-gobi or mod-ebsconet) via edge-orders

Reading Room Access

Reading room access: In app - track access - Allows a user to access the Reading room access app in the UI, look up users, and approve or deny access. Also allows get requests on the /reading-room/access-log endpoint

Settings (tenant): Can create, edit and remove reading room access - Allows a user to view, create, edit, and delete reading rooms under Settings > Tenant > Reading room access

Settings (tenant): Can view reading room access - Allows a user to view reading rooms under Settings > Tenant > Reading room access

Users: Can view reading room access - Allows a user to view the reading room access accordion in the Users app

Users: Can view, and edit reading room access - Allows a user to view the reading room access accordion in the Users app. Also allows the user to edit a user’s access to reading rooms, and add notes related to that access.

Deter duplicate pick-slip printing

Settings (Circ): Can enable request print details - Allows a user to view, and enable/disable viewing print details for staff slips.

Data export permissions cleanup

Data export: Can view only - enables Data export app and allows a user to view data export logs.

Data export: Can upload files, export, and view logs -enables Data export app and allows a user to trigger export and view data export logs. This permission is also required for triggering export from:

• Inventory search results

• Instance record detail view in Inventory

• MARC authority record exports from MARC authority app.

Settings (Data export): Can view, add, update profiles - allows a user to create a new or update existing mapping and job profiles for data export

Settings (Data export): Can view only - allows a user to view existing mapping and job profiles

• UI: Data export module is enabled

• Settings (Data export): display list of settings pages

• Settings (Data export): Can view
