NOTE: The following release notes pertain to feature work developed for and released to the Library of Congress between the official community releases of Ramsons and Sunflower. Pending tri-council approval, these features will be released to the community in Sunflower. These features are available to FOLIO-only ECS with mod-tlr enabled environments.
