Modules deployment changes (Library of Congress features)

mod-tlr

Perform the following manual setup after deployment:

• Allow TLR in all tenants (Settings → Circulation → General)

• Enable ECS TLR feature in the central tenant (Settings → Circulation → General)

• Optionally, check manually that the feature has been enabled in both mod-tlr and mod-circulation-storage:
  GET /tlr/settings
GET /circulation-settings-storage/circulation-settings

This module is new, it should only be deployed in the Central tenant

The SECURE_REQUESTS_FEATURE_ENABLED variable allows the set up of required reference data

The variable allows you to separate the appearance and behavior of some screen forms depending on the setup
