How's Bugfest?

• Charlotte: Quiet but going steady 

• Dennis: Claimed test cases has been low... but there are a lot more tests. Testrails flakiness is ANNOYING. 

• Ann-Marie/Magda: The requests for cleaning up data did not happen... (example invalid identifier types issue, Source = FOLIO script) 

• Requests data migration issue - was not done  

• Magda: Data export logs and job profiles went poof 

• Ann-Marie: Bugfest checklist items was not completed Morning Glory (R2 2022) Bugfest environment preparation plan Action item: KG to speak with Anton. 

• Ask for smoke test results and manual QA test run results - Action item: KG to speak with Anton. 

Maybe we need a release checklist? 

Maybe we need an official teams' sign-off? 

Have an owner for managing the checklist (release manager/SM)?

Allocate Thursday weekly release meeting at 11am ET (hosted by Oleksii) to get approvals
