As with many projects, frontend development might be waiting on backend development to complete work OR maybe for a release the highest priority feature(s) is backend intensive. Look no further as we have developed a feature board and a backlog of issues that your frontend development can review and assign work to themselves. 

High priority issues for Juniper: 

• Refactor forms to use final-form 
• Implement baseline keyboard shortcuts 
• Accessibility issues reported by UC Boulder and Michigan State

Questions

1. How to claim features/issues? Update Development Team value to your team.
2. I have questions about a feature/issue, who should I contact? Contact the person assigned to the feature or the person who created the issue.  
3. Oh, we thought we could get to the issue for a release but we could not. What should we do? If you are unable to get to an assigned feature/issue within the next two releases then please reassign Development Team = None. As soon as your team knows it does not have the capacity then reassign.
4. I have ui (frontend) feature/issue but no available resource(s), what should I do? If high priority then reach out to the Capacity Planning team. If not high priority then add the label [delegate_candidate]. We will try to get a resource assigned! 
5. Why cannot stripes-force be assigned? stripes-force is a small team of two that provides guidance and direction across all teams in addition to resolving critical issues. If your team has capacity and wants to help improve stripes then this is the time.
