• OS: presentation of initial mockup

• CP: Own workflow; would be nice to track steps in workflow; where you were in the workflow

  • OS: difficult, since we're in different situations (already published, early request etc.) while entering the data; we don't know from which situation you're coming from

  • CP: could imaging some customized checkboxes where every inst can define their steps, and check; important when multiple staff members are working on the same thing

• SG: Do we have a checkbox for CC-License? Important for Wiley Hybrid Articles, about record the License type

  • OS: also for statistics? 

  • SG: important for next DFG funding phase

• OS: Can the Request date be by default current today?

  • MB: Yes, if date can be changed afterwards

  • OS: Is request date mostly today?

  • AO: Yes, mostly today, prefers today as default

• OS: Default request status?

  • AO: maybe "new" for new requests; need info about if action is pending for internal staff or external author/publisher etc.

  • maybe "open" also possible

• OS: Assigned numbers/IDs: Could FOLIO create such an ID?

  • MB: Yes, should be easy to copy

• OS: Mail addresses; multiple?

  • AO/all: yes, main and optional

  • OS: where do you know which address to use? should we have a checkbox "main address to use"

  • AO: yes, would like to mark a main one

• OS: Street address neccesary?

  • VG: Yes, important

• OS: Do you need a hierarchy for author's institution?

• OS: Start/End date of affiliation

  • AO: end date more important, but in general it's more a communication issue/task and is not common to track

  • OS: if author changes school, is it then important?

  • AO: yes, maybe
