Overall Objectives
- as decribed in performance description; will be presented to working group
Timescales
- funded project ends Dec 2021; extension planned until Feb 2022
Communication
- project should be part of platform complete which has to be discussed with RM convener and PC
- RM convener (K. Martin) → PC → Poll for working group
Project Structures
- Jira: separate back-end and front-end project (Owen to clearify)
- Wiki: to discuss with RM convener
- Regular Meetings (Sprint Planning/Other) , Wider Participation and Dissemination) / Announcing our work
- Document sprint planning meeting slot:
  - Meeting start of sprint (sprint planning) - Friday morning before sprint starts and in the middle (PO and Dev/UX team)
  - Strategy call: project management (overall directions for development and prios, decide topics for working group meeting) - Thursdays 9:30 am (British time)
