Poppy Flower Release

Full Release Notes

  • The Splitting Method (or queue and chunk processing) was introduced in Poppy. See the pages below for more details. For large files that are split, Inventory single record imports are given priority and jump to the front of the queue to be imported. However, all other imports including EDIFACT invoices are NOT prioritized. If you have a smaller file that is queued for import and the larger file has been launched, the smaller file will be saved as the next one in the queue which is where the files (split files and those files to small to be split). For example, if the larger file is split into 23 smaller files and Data Import is processing the part 4 out of 23 and a small file is uploaded, if the queue has already saved up to the part 15 out of the 23 parts, this smaller file will be inserted after that part 15 in the order to be imported.
