All decision records should have progress status

Draft - Decision options are not yet finalized or requirement need to be confirmed

Accepted - Solution is defined and accepted by stakeholders

Rejected - Solution dismissed

In progress - Implementation is in progress

Done - Implementation is done and released

Impact

Low - No significant architectural impact

Medium - Requires changes in at least one module

high - Requires changes in multiple modules and/or impacts core functionality
