Steps

Go to the pgAdmin (Example: https://folio-dev-firebird-pgadmin.ci.folio.org/login?next=%2F)
Log in
Expand Servers list
Enter db password
Connect

DB password

To get db password, follow steps:

Log in to Rancher
Select cluster
Select namespace
Navigate to Storage → Secrets → db-connect-modules
Copy DB_PASSWORD value
